“I don’t mean to brag, but I am quite good at coding the Internet.” [Source]
I am a senior front-end web developer located in the great city of Chicago. My work runs the gammut of what it takes to make a business succeed online, from search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience (UX) to social networking, email campaigns and lead generation. I have worked with many of the leading web professionals and agencies in Chicago such as LipmanHearne, AlphaZeta, IA Collaborative and DesignKitchen; as well as for some high-profile Chicago-based companies like Motorola, Crate & Barrel, Aon, Grainger and TransUnion. Completing projects well within project timelines, while at the same time writing clean, efficient, standards-compliant code is my forte. I have a background in the back-end development realm, having written applications using PHP, Perl and MySQL. I have experience working with numerous projects in three of the four major web development environments (PHP, .NET, Java), and I hope to expand my knowledge into a Ruby on Rails environment. Some of my work has been with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, Amazon StoreFront and many more. What I’ve been up to
Portfolio of completed work
The following is a list of work I have been apart of throughout my career. Most works are completed with a team of other graphic designers, web designers and web developers taking part. Many times, work was done under the employ of an interactive agency. If done with other freelancers, I like to make sure attribution is given for other individuals affiliated with that project. These professionals are noted by project, with a link to their work if applicable.
Below are screenshots of completed work. The images link to the client's actual Web site in a new tab / window.
Please note: Screenshots were taken upon completion of project and may not accurately reflect the current state of the Web site.
